The problem

Amazon pricing at scale is a mess. You already know this.

If you manage hundreds of SKUs across brands and channels, these numbers will feel familiar.

32+hrs/mo

Lost to Monday updates alone

Pull reports. Copy-paste into workbooks. Rebuild IQs and P&Ls. That was every Monday — a full day. Then add ad-hoc pricing requests and new promo builds on top.

Per brand, per channel

One person owns the FBA calculator. Another owns the vendor allowance tracker. Nobody agrees which version is current.

02
47fee changes

Amazon made in 2025 alone

New fee tiers, inbound placement charges, low-inventory penalties. Your formulas broke and nobody noticed until margins were already wrong.

Handle 1P and 3P together

You manage vendor accounts and seller accounts. Different cost models, different allowances. No platform models both in one workspace.

The platform

Everything your pricing team needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Built for the complexity of Amazon — 1P vendor, 3P seller, and everything in between.

2026 RATES

Amazon fee engine

Referral fees, FBA fulfillment, storage, inbound placement, low-inventory, and aged-inventory surcharges. All current. All calculated automatically from product dimensions and ASIN data.

Calculates fees from product dimensions and sale price automatically

1P + 3P

Vendor and seller, same platform

Model wholesale pricing, vendor allowances, and freight terms for 1P. Model FBA/FBM fulfillment, referral, and self-fulfill for 3P. Or run both for a hybrid brand.

Sales allowances, promo allowances, per-product overrides

MASTER + SANDBOX

Fork, experiment, merge

One protected master price list. Fork a sandbox to model scenarios — new COGS, new price point, fee increase. Submit changes like a PR. The analyst reviews the diff and merges to master.

Full audit trail — every change tracked to a user

TEAM WORKFLOW

Git-style pricing changes

Sales reps propose prices through sandboxes. The analyst managing the tool reviews and merges. Directors get visibility into what changed and why. No more emailing spreadsheets back and forth.

Role-based access: owner, admin, analyst, viewer

BRAND COST MODEL

Distributed and owned brands

Owned and distributed brands have different cost structures — different SGA, different allowances, different funding. LandedIQ models both correctly at the SKU level with channel-specific rates for 1P and 3P.

Per-brand allowances, SGA, and funding by channel

COST TRACKING

COGS and shipping in one place

Landed COGS, moving average costs, and shipping costs per item — updated through the same workflow as pricing. When your supplier raises prices, update costs in bulk and see the margin impact across your entire catalog instantly.

Adam Wickwire

Founder, LandedIQ

I was working as an e-commerce business analyst managing over 2,300 SKUs across a mix of owned brands and distributed lines. Some were 1P vendor accounts. Some were 3P seller. A few were both.

My pricing stack was a folder of Excel workbooks — one per brand, some per channel. Every quarter I rebuilt the fee tabs when Amazon changed rates. Every repricing cycle was a manual process that took days and still produced errors.

I built the Excel version of LandedIQ first — VBA macros, interconnected workbooks, the whole thing. It worked, until the team grew and version control became its own full-time job.

LandedIQ is what I wish had existed. If you're living the same problem — scattered workbooks, stale data, manual repricing cycles — get on the list.

Stop pricing in the dark.
